Replacement Motor for the 8streme XL600 robotic pool cleaner.

The Replacement Pump Motor Block was gonna cost us an arm and a leg going through the Pool Company that we purchased from just to Order and Repair this piece. I ordered and received within three days and was back up and running within 30 minutes. Great Customer Service and the piece actually seems better made than the one that we took out. My 8streme pool robot stopped working. I sent the support team a video of what was happening. They quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended I replaced the pump motor and sent an easy to follow YouTube video on how to replace the motor. I received the motor in 3 days and took 1 hour to swap out the old motor and install the new one. Could not have been easier. It resolved the problem and the robot is doing its thing keeping our pool spotless! Thanks guys!!!
I have to say that this company had all the parts I needed and shipped to my door in 3 days. Claire was especially helpful answering every email I sent. Claire is how every employee should be. Thank you to all of that helped with my Megladone pool robot. She was up and running in an hour after replacing the pump and gave her some new rollers!!
