Finally got time to put pump block in. Works better than the old on ever worked. Cleans better, stronger suction.
My 8streme pool robot stopped working. As soon as it was put in the water, the green light on the floating swivel would turn off, so I knew it had a short, I disassembled the robot and found the 'sealed' motor assembly full of water. I searched for the part online and found it at NYC Pool Supplies. I ordered late in the afternoon, but they still processed the order and had it ready to ship the next day. I received it quickly. I installed it into my 8streme and it works like it did when brand new. This was my 2nd order from NYC Pool and I am very pleased with their order process and quick handling times.
The new motor came in a few days. Sales and service staff were great. They sent a video on how to replace the motor and it was very helpful. Thank you for a professional experience!
