Vacuum quit working in the middle of summer, figured out I needed a new power supply , found this on line and got it very quickly, I was so surprised. Will definitely order from them again when the time arises.
Parts arrived and cleaned works
My original unit was only four years old, but got damaged by water so I bought this replacement unit. The replacement works great and was cheaper than other places I shopped at.
Items shipped fast. Power supply brand new. Determined it was the motor and not power supply. NYC took unit back and actually gave me a coupon for couple of bucks off new vacuum. Thanks. Great customer service and company.
